Paradise City is back for another weekend of luxurious but sustainable hedonism. And beautifully packaged within a site that looks to be a European, Disney-esque Gottwood; with the historic, Ribaucourt Castle and moat sitting majestically as the backdrop.
The three staged, three day festival will be a chance to see top-tier electronic acts as well as those pioneering within the Belgian scene. Recondite, Nosaj Thing, and Moscoman will front the live stage and highlights in the castle grounds will be John Talabot, Âme, Omar-S, Jeremy Underground and Studio Barnhus affiliate Kornél Kovacs.
Setting it apart from other European festivals is its commitment to the planet. Using solar energy to light the campsite, a 100% recycled landscape and providing purified tap water (instead of plastic bottles), as well as ethically purchased food, Paradise City appears to have struck the perfect balance between thought-out musical curation and ethical box-ticking.
