Released exclusively for Record Store Day this year, we’re happy to premier the video for Jehst’s new single Reel It In.
Teaming up with self-styled cult leader Lee Scott and intergalactic rap-hybrid Strange U, Jehst has also enlisted eclectic beatsmith Mo Kolours for production duties.
The video itself is heavy on the cartoon projections and superhero references, inviting comparisons to alt rap icon MF DOOM, while Mo Kolours’ playfully tribal beat would certainly make a certain bad kid pretty proud.
